Delete or Disable Your Account

Disabling deactivates your account immediately and hides it from other users. Your data is retained so you can reactivate later if you choose.

1. Open the AgroDealz app and go to your Profile page.
2. Tap Disable Account.
3. Confirm the action. Your account is deactivated right away and is no longer visible to other users.

Permanent deletion cannot be undone. We process verified requests within 7 business days.

1. Email support@agrodealz.in with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
2. Include your registered phone number in the message body.
3. We verify ownership of the account, then permanently delete it and the data listed below (subject to the retention rules in the next sections).

When your permanent deletion request is completed, we delete:

• Name

• Phone number

• Profile information

• Profile photo

• Saved listings and preferences

After a full deletion request, the following may be retained for a limited period:

• Order and transaction history — retained for 90 days for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal/tax compliance, then permanently deleted.

You can remove some personal data without disabling or deleting your account:

• Delete your profile photo anytime from your Profile page in the app.
